Biotech Pakistan is looking for Sales Coordinator, Biomedical Engineer Graduate, should have 2 to 7 years of relevant experience preferably in Quotations, Project Proposal and Government Tender preparation. Excellent Skills in MS office suite. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with the entire sales team efficiently.
Assure quality of sales related equipment and update if necessary
Monitor team's progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
Customer dealing, working on sales inquiry and matching specs
Product suggestion to customers according to their stated requirement
Quotation preparation, dealing with manufacturers and confirming the prices.
Verification of prices from price lists/emails or previous quotation.
Prepare summary of the inquired item and get the factor.
Finding Knock out specs of products and prepare tender specifications.
Working on purchase orders and service parts pricing
Informing customers about their ordered delivery status.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
