Digital Marketing Lead / CRM Specialist

Responsibilities for Digital Marketing Specialist / CRM Specialist

Must be able to setup or manage CRM for company Sales & Marketing needs.
Manage the content that the business posts on social media
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle
Plans and executes all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Experienced in local ads, google map ads, and google merchant center
Designs, build, and maintain our social media presence.
Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Develop strategies that drive customers to the website
Ability to handle multiple clients simultaneously
Collaborates with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience.
Utilizes strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Ability to Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website
Able to run Google Ads. and can develop aesthetically sound Ad copy
Develop strategies for ads on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, and Google
Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Create email blast campaigns to target key customers
Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
Keep up to date on the latest social media trends

Qualifications for Digital Marketing Specialist

Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
Great problem-solving skills and ability to maintain good relationship with clients
Self-motivated yet customer-focused
Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate

Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.)
Proficient in the photo and video editing software such as Adobe
Deep knowledge of web design principles
Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
Ability to identify long-term trends in data
Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Great communication skills
Experience working with a content management system
Strong project management skills

Must have a portfolio
