Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
Testing new technology and software
Possibly training junior staff
Conduct consistent network backup operations
Restricting access to unauthorized site, downloads and user
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Ensure system and data security is maintained at a high standard, ensuring the integrity of the Company network is not compromised.
Maintain and develop excellent working relationships with key suppliers, conducting dealings in a professional and appropriate manner.

Qualification:

BS/MS in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years as IT Expert
Strong written and communication skills
Knowledge of systems engineering, computer maintenance, server administration, installation, repair and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of computer networking, LAN, WLAN installation, configuration, troubleshooting.
Good interpersonal skills, should be able to interact with all staff across all level and cadre ·
Creative, open to new ideas and ability to multi-task effectively
