We are seeking an experienced production manager for our Beauty Cosmetics Company, you will be Responsible for overall activities of production control, keeping a check on the shortage of shock, and fulfilling the future demand.  

  1. Managing daily purchasing activities, supervising staff, and allocating tasks.
  2. Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
  3. Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
  4. Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
  5. Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
  6. Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
  7. Working to improve purchasing systems and processes.
  8. Sourcing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
  9. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  10. Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements.
  11. Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
  12. Improving profits and get savings
  13. Provide project management oversight of the RFX process including,
  14.  Monthly reporting through ERP system to the head of procurement in the form of spend analysis
