1.       Attend morning meeting and plan whole day as per day plan.


2.       Discuss the issues of dealers, orders, complaints etc. as per Daily Visit Report and get advice from Senior before going to the market visit.


3.       Daily shop to shop visit the area as per list/planogram.


4.       Responsible for shop to shop booking and get orders of all product ranges and ensure the sales target compliance.


5.       While visiting the shop first introduce yourself properly.


6.       Check the stock available at the shelves and take stock selfie from mobile and send it to WhatsApp group.


7.       Ensure the product display at EYE level in each shop.


8.       Organize the stock at the shelves.


9.       Check expiry of all displayed products on shelf and report such products to senior for removal.


10.   Take further orders from the dealer and inform him about the supply date and time.


11.   Fill the Daily Visit Report (DVR) and update it right after visiting the shop.


12.   In case of complaint(s), listen carefully, note down the complaint(s) and inform the dealer / shopkeeper about the time during which the complaint(s) will be resolved.


13.   On returning back to the office, completer the Daily Visit Report and discuss it with the senior.


14.   Complete the Order Form on daily basis, get it checked and approved from senior and forward it to sales coordinator for further process.


15.   Prepare the Complaint Form on a standardized format.


16.   Prepare the Complaint Form on daily basis, get it checked and approved from senior and handed over to them for further process.


17.   Prepare the Sale Summary Report on daily basis.


18.   Responsible for the settling of Outstanding Bills of Problematic Customers.


19.   Check and observe competitor’s Products Shelf size, activity and schemes.


20.   Place the POS Material properly in each shop.


21.   Check retail price and the leakage of displayed products.


22.   Find new shops in assigned area and update the Shop List.


23.   Prepare the new dealer form and get it checked and approved form seniors.


24.   Provide the price list to new customers / shopkeepers.


25.   Get product knowledge of all products.


26.   Responsible for proper follow-ups of complaints, orders, order supply etc.


27.   Prepare a file of Order Forms and Sale Summary Report and update it on daily basis.


28.   Perform other tasks assigned by senior.
