Bloom Agritech (PVT) Ltd is looking for a social media and digital marketing person that has complete knowledge of social media marketing tools and strategies.
Knowledge of different social media management platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter.
Ability to create good quality content for product specific posting on social media.
Knowledge & experience of managing paid ads on social media.
Should have basic experience of graphic designing using canvas or photoshop or illustrator or likewise.
Knowledge of how to increase user engagement and followers.
We are looking for someone with 2+ years of experience, with complete fluency in English and Urdu.
The details of the job responsibilities are listed below.

Responsibilities:

Manage all social accounts (scheduling posts, community engagement, growth, and optimization)
Content writing with proper grammar (social captions, blogs, newsletters)
Creating photo and video content
New product comparisons
Studying industry trends
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Implement and adhere to company policies and procedures
