Technical Team Lead / Web Developer

Technical Team Lead: Bloomrix is a fast-growing digital and creative company with years of experience and wonderful team of young professionals who are busy in supporting businesses, taking them to the next level in the local and international markets. We are currently seeking "Technical Team Lead" for our company with the following knowledge and skillset.

Primary Requirements:

CS/IT/Software Engineering graduate with 3-4 years’ professional experience in developing websites & web applications from scratch using Laravel framework.
1+ years of experience of managing and leading a web development team.

Skills Required:

Strong software development experience using Laravel Framework, PHP and related technologies with strong knowledge of relational database design and architecture.
Capable of Implementing suitable application’s Architecture & Design from scratch.
Can deliver end to end products starting from Requirements Analysis to Development, Deployment to Maintenance.
Excellent hands-on experience in XHTML, CSS, Javascript and PHP, Bootstrap
Solid knowledge of Responsive Web Design
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as BitBucket and GitHub
Solid experience in creating and consuming RESTful APIs
On-line payments gateways such as Paypal, Stripe, etc.
Experience with YII 2 framework will be a plus.
Experience with any client-side framework will be a plus, preferably React JS.
Experience with Linux server is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Working on a daily basis as a bridge between the management and team for task and deadline management and delivering on project milestones. Taking responsibility and accountability to take the application development forward in the required time-to-market.
Mentoring and coaching team in their programming/coding approach, code reviews, code optimization, quality enhancement checks, etc.
Handling assigned complex tasks independently at fast-pace and with high quality, both design and development using Agile development methodology.
Analysing and understanding the end product requirements and specs in terms of functionality, usability, and reliability and implement it as-is.
Implementing multiple levels of software architecture, including user interface, business logic, data access, database, security, and analytics.
Reviewing code for technical accuracy, performance, standards, and functional compliance to the design.
Fulfilling administrative and status reporting requirements and other tasks as assigned by the management.
Problem-solving and issue resolution by making concise and informed decisions.
Demonstrating an ability to self-motivate and follow through on projects from inception to production release.

Type: Full-time Permanent Location: Mozang, Lahore Shift: Evening

Timing: 12:30pm - 09:00pm Mon to Fri, 10:00am - 06:00pm Saturday (Training Sesions twice a month)

Salary: Negotiable as per skillset & experience.
