As an outbound sales call center representative, you will be required to:

    • Make at least 100 outbound calls daily to realtors in Canada and pitch them about MKTLIST.ca, as to why they should be buying our package.
    • Have complete knowledge about MKTLIST.ca to be able to convince the realtor on buying our package. 
    • Close the deals in first or followup calls by utilizing exceptional communication skills over the phone. You will also be required to email realtor with a pre-made email about MKTLIST.ca's details.
    • Work well independently as well as a motivational team environment
    • Complete monthly sales targets (MUST)

    • You are self-motivated and competitive
    • You have schedule flexibility as the job requires evening/night shift
    • You speak English fluently
    • You are detail oriented and can stay focused
    • Have convincing skills and are able to close deals
