Develop and prepare Ads for recruitment and review resumes and Job application on daily basis for group of companies under the supervision of department head
Creates a hiring requisitions along with Job descriptions approved asn per organograms
Conduct initial phone screens to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews under the supervision of department head
Assist in conducting panel interviews and provide the necessary inputs during the hiring process
Maintain data base of potential candidates of employees for future hiring process
Conduct proper orientation of new joiners with presentation and visit
Participate in Job and career fairs with maintaining a very fine communication with different representatives of universities
Should have strong follow up ability
