Create and execute sales & marketing plan for the growth of the Company and its projects.
Setting weekly, monthly and annual goals for yourself and for team and track these targets by meeting with team on regular basis.
Conduct interviews, Recruit, train and develop sales team.
Developing and implementing training programs that teach sales agents how to get customers, negotiate real estate deals, acquire financing, and properly fill out sales work.

Staying up-to-date with new products/services of the real-estate industry.
Provide project specific information to all walk- ins/inbounds and explain project features.
Convert walk-ins/inbounds to customers and complete the required sales documentation.
Cold calling clients and pitching them the projects.
Increase business by following up on potential leads.
