Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
Answering and handling incoming phone calls, emails, inquires and requests in an appropriate manner
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
Should have ability to manage the CEO's yearly calendar
Scheduling and organizing appointments, meetings and conferences in timely manner
Occasionally traveling with the CEO to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during meetings, presentations and events
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete manner
Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
Should be comfortable for outstation traveling and movement whenever required
Should have ability to work for long hours
Should have ability to produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations as per instructions of CEO
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Urdu Inpage and internet browser.
Should have ability to multi-task and prioritize duties and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
Should have ability to work with minimal supervision
Or any other task assigned by the CEO

Note: Company will give accommodation with three time meal
