Networking and communication with sales department with all the residential projects, branding, brand recall for customers and publications on different forums with the approval of management.
Keep up-to-date on the local real estate market and be aware of current home listings
Must be vigilant on competitors’ real estate strategies of marketing on social media, outdoor and branding. Should also submit proactive solutions to enhance group marketing strategy.
Organize the creation of marketing materials for all the real estate projects and ensure execution of on ground implementation. Also ensure timely printing development and application of all printing material on targeted areas.
Promote property through marketing initiatives through social media, conventional marketing, SEO.
Maintain social media presence at property level and at a corporate level
