Coordinating with career placement officers’ of universities to build strong relations.
To keep maintain records of employees and also check reference of previous organizations.
Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
Understanding the requirements of resource and validate the Job Description of each position with Group Head Human Resource.
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should have strong command on MS Office.
Should have strong follow up ability.
