- Supervise repair/maintenance (schedule, preventive & corrective maintenance) of the machines & plants.
- Forecast & order spare parts for specific jobs or for stock replenishment.
- Perform trouble shooting, diagnostic procedure on machines & decide correct method of repair.
- Responsible for providing technical assistance to all departments as required from workshop.
- Assist all technicians in diagnosis of mechanical Problems.
- Ensure maximum utilization of workshop resources.
- Maintain all kind of technical documentation.
Note: Experience of FWO, Bahria Town, any other large Housing Project & Engineering Company (Like Descon Engineering) will be preffred.
