Blue Star manufacturing (Pvt.) Ltd is looking for inspiring Sales Executive (female) reporting directly to Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, visiting and social media.
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.
Target to make 60-90 outbound calls daily
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Guiding customers for suitable product/ service package selection based on their requirements and use.

Qualification:

Must be graduated
Must be very fluent in English with American accent.
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Good communication and ‘people skills’
The ability to influence and negotiate with others
Confidence, motivation and determination
The ability to work well on your own and also as part of a team
Good business sense and a professional manner
Must have knowledge of CRM
Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
Must have capability to work under pressure and achieve the targets
