Blue World City is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and hardworking attorney, preferably the US or UK law degree to join our in-house law practice team.
As a part of our team, you will work closely with the Legal Team, actively participate in a wide variety of areas, including corporate, civil, employment, and Construction, and will be involved in various transactional matters.
Please note that you'll be required to work from Blue World Office where working hours should be 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Applicant must have a strong command of English.
- Drafting and reviewing reports and other legal documents.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings (trials etc.).
- Applicant must have at least 1-2 years of similar experience, be exceptional in research, drafting, contract vetting, and have hands-on experience with litigation, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist the Head of Legal.
- Any work assign by the Head of Legal.
