A logistic based company is looking for Operations Officer having prior experience in the related field.

Responsibilities:

Routine operation tasks.
Monitor on-time performance for all routes through dispatch function in E-Courier.
Proactively communicate with drivers that are not performing to customer requirements.
Alert Supervisor of all issues / concerns for routes not performing up to standards immediately.
Maintain a daily detailed shift report.
Proactively follows up on and resolves any internal and customer issues or escalates appropriately
