One who can

Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaints
Determine the causes of the problem
Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem
Expediting correction or adjustment
Following up to ensure resolution
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit
Follow up to ensure resolution English communication and usage of PC (Word, excel, Email) is must
Those with market exposure and market visit intent will be preferred.
