Strong Understanding and Experience of

Bank Reconciliation
General Ledger
Preparation of Management Accounts
Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations, handling of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, etc.
Processing of Invoices and payments, deduction of witholding tax.
Maintain the finance reports.
Maintain Ledger Statement on monthly basis.
Maintains Accounts files, Petty Cash Handling, Issue & Posting Debit/Credit Vouchers.
Cheques Collections and Depositing in Bank and Maintain Bank Vouchers statements.
Adhere to practice company core values, policies, and procedures to create a productive, organized, clean and safe work environment.
Any other work assigned from time to time.

Skills Required:

4 to 6 years of experience for respective position in Finance function.
Effective Computer skills, particularly MS Office (knowledge of ERP would be additional advantage).
Analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills, result-oriented approach with multi-tasking ability. Must be able to work under pressures and perform independently.
