The following would make you a more preferable candidate:

  • PC, MS-Office & Excel skills
  • Reasonable IQ, problem-solving abilities
  • Passion about your profession
  • File/ Data management 

You must be holding one of the following qualification to be considered for this position:

  • B.Com Passed; or
  • Intermediate with B.Com Part-I cleared atleast; or
  • Any Certificate/ Course/ Diploma in clerical studies or office assistance.

The following is or may become part of job duties or day to day responsibilities for the offered post:

  • The Candidate should be required to answer telephone calls, attend general queries via telephone and for specific queries for services offered route the call to the respective department or HOD.
  • Should be responsible to maintain a presentable, reasonable, team-oriented and professional attitude/ behavior at work.
  • Should be nice and gentle with everyone.
  • Candidate should be required to provide general office/ administrative support to colleagues or staff; like copying, scanning, number dialing, meeting scheduling or intimation, troubleshooting, fulfilling box file requisitions from the staff etc. 
  • Greet and direct clients/ general public to the relevant department/ person.
  • Distribute incoming mails/ posts.
  • Compiling and maintaining client records.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management to assist in the operations of the office.
