- Installation / managing / troubleshooting of Windows Server, Database Server, Internet Server & File Server etc.
- Backup / replication of Users folders Data
- Liaison with external service providers like Internet service provider, printer repairing service provider (contract/complain handling etc.)
- To assist Procurement Head regarding the purchase of IT equipment
- To act as network administrator in designing network group policies and procedure.
- Performing disaster recovery operations and data backups when required.
- Protecting data, software & hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
- Monitoring and management of Local Area Network
- Maintain Active Directory (Users & computers), create logins, assigns permission/access.
- To disable the login/permission for the employees who left the company
- Setup, monitor and troubleshoot WAN/VPN (for associated office)
- To setup & monitor the firewall, purchasing and installation of antivirus software.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software & other network/ system problems.
- To provide the IT training to new employees as per schedule
- To maintain Internet users list and maintain the Wi-Fi devices in between other offices.
- To execute and monitor the Business applications / Databases backup Plan
- To monitor & keep the information up to date regarding domain name registrations.
- Web site backup as per hosting provider parameters.
- To make the preventive maintenance plan regarding IT infrastructure.
- To check & respond accordingly the officials email.
