This job posting is for an expert Wordpress/WooCommerce developer for an international eCommerce startup. If you do not have experience in developing plugins, themes and in-depth knowledge of Wordpress Core/API then you might not be a fit for this.

Requirements:

Areas of Competence and Understanding:

Strong Front End Development Skills with HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, Javascript and jQuery.

Strong understanding of PHP/MySql & working with APIs.

Developing plugins from scratch, modifying and working with Child Themes for complete customization.

Deploying optimized Wordpress websites on cloud-based hosting providers like Digital Ocean and uploading content.

Expert at developing Wordpress websites with great design and focus on UI/UX

Maintaining Clean Site Architecture

Analyze business requirements and advise on the best way to implement in WordPress

The ability to configure, enhance and customize default WordPress theme features and templates.

Handling Website Security and Backups for Wordpress Sites

Schema Implementation and implementing of subdomain architecture.

Payment Gateway Plugin Integrations (Stripe Connect)

WooCommerce Integration and Customization

Prior Experience in Page Builders like VC,WpBakery elementor etc. would be a plus.

Work independently without direct supervision and a team player at the same time.
