We are a U.S. based manufacturing company opening up our new offices in Lahore, Pakistan. We are currently interested in hiring a full-time Personal Assistant who will be reporting directly to the Director.
The preferred candidate should have the following qualities:
-Self-starter who can work on her own initiative with minimal supervision
-Ability to manage time and prioritize workload
-Strong oral and written communication skills in English
-Welcome office visitors and attend to phone calls
-Develops and maintain departmental files, documents, data files and confidential information
-Strong computer skills especially in Microsoft Office products- Word, Excel, etc.
-Manage the Director's daily/weekly schedule and contacts list
-Be available to accompany the Director on domestic and international business trips
