We are looking for an ambitious Digital Designer to join our Creative Team with an emphasis on the execution of various digital content assets.

The person should have an ambition for design and an understanding of the creative process.
A high ‘can do’ attitude is a must, along with the ability to deliver high-quality content whilst juggling multiple tasks.

Deliver high-quality digital design content for social media, paid ads, e-commerce and product campaigns under the guidance of the Creative Team
Simultaneously work on multiple creative projects using the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom).
Repurpose original video content using data-driven insights to optimise for best social media performance.
Work with the wider Creative Team to collaborate on ideas and develop campaign concepts.
Uphold the quality of our regular social content whilst adhering to brand guidelines and templates.
Use initiative and creativity to proactively make design suggestions and update existing templates whilst maintaining brand standards.
Create basic animations and motion graphics in After effects.
Retouch, colour-correct and manipulate imagery to best suit the style of the brand (including archives, stock photos, lifestyle and e-commerce).
Research and stay on top of the latest creative trends across social media and communities relevant to BOXRAW, with a view to creating a library for creative design ideas and inspirations.
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop)
Highly self-motivated and creative
Able to deliver quality content to tight deadlines
Good attention to detail
Flexible and willing to adapt design ideas to meet creative and technical criteria
Able to work in a high-energy and rapidly evolving environment
