Bplix is looking for business development manager. As a BPO we provide multi dimensional services to beauty brands across US and Europe. 

Responsibilities:

  • Generating business leads and following up on sales opportunities.
  • Working to weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Following up swiftly on sales enquiries and sending out information.
  • Working closely with other teams to develop new business.
  • Researching the market and identifying potential target customers.

Requirments: 

  • Experience with lead generation and prospect management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact with potential customers
  • Persuasive and goal-oriented
  • Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Able to professionally and confidently communicate with C-Level Executives
  • Three to Four years of Sales experience; previous experience in  inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team

Preferred:

  • Candidates having no employment will be preferred. 
  • Beauty Industry experience is a plus.
  • Service Industry experience is a plus.
