Candidate’s Key Roles and Responsibilities

Managing inbound and outbound calls
Making sales (Lead Generation) for Auto / home / life and health insurance
Should be able to meet the monthly targets
Proficient in system usage
Excellent communication and system navigation skills
Exceptional English listening skills for “Avatar” campaign
Meet monthly sales Target

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

Meet monthly Sales Target
Able to complete login hours i.e. 9 hours, 5 days week
The number of online merchants
Basic Salary with commission (Sale target is assigned)

Candidate’s Required Competencies and Attributes

Comfortable working in night shifts 7.00 pm to 7.00 am
9 working hours with 1 hour break. 5 days a week. No “local Holidays”
Good system navigation skills
Flexible in shift timings

Experience and Qualifications Required for the role

Minimum age should be 18

Minimum qualification should be intermediate

No Experience is mandatory
