· Ensure implementation of full compliance of organizational & regulatory policies at all levels in branches

· Minimize risk and close the loops on all internal audit and compliance matters in his/her region

· Liaison between branches and head office for smooth operations

· Build culture with highest level of transparency, integrity and ethics

· Establish public relations to project organization’s image and for business generation

· Review potential points for branch expansion in the region

· Develop a customer first service oriented culture

· Establish clear communication with staff to address all concerns and grievances

· Monitor performance of branches and provide guidelines for achieving goals

· Monitor Region PAR and OD strategy.

· Daily monitoring of performance and portfolio quality through MIS and field visits

· Loan appraisal and evaluation of clients on sample basis, pre and post disbursement

· Develop a culture of zero tolerance to fraud and ensuring that appropriate and timely action is taken in case such an incident arises.

· Develop and maintain a performance driven working culture based on KPIs of client outreach, portfolio and zero PAR tolerance

BRAC began operations in Pakistan in 2007 through a micro finance program. In addition to micro finance, we are now running program in health and education. BRAC is currently serving about 437,465 people in 14 districts of four provinces. BRAC's micro finance program was launched in 2007 on a small scale in Punjab and the North West Frontier Province (NWFP). It is now operating with 88 branch offices, and has 45,011 women borrowers. BRAC considers education a powerful tool for combating discrimination's, illiteracy and poverty. BRAC started 20 pre-primary schools in 2009 in NWFP's Haripur district. The schools now have more than 600 students, about 61% of them girls. BRAC also initiated a health program in 2009, with services in Punjab's Sahiwal and Pakpattan districts and NWFP's Nowshera district. The program trains local health workers and volunteers to provide basic health care and health education to families and communities.
