We are seeking experienced Developer Support Engineers for our Development department.
As a Developer Support Engineer, you will deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end-users while also supporting a wide range of technologies.

Job Responsibility:

Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Candidacy Requirements:

Experience with a JIRA-based workflow
Experience with web services, REST, and HTTP
Experience with JavaScript development
Experience with CSS and HTML code
Experience in software development .NET (C#)
Experience with MSSQL and basic database querying.
Good at debugging/troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers
Ability to work as part of a team and escalate problems as needed
Self-starter
