NM Associates is hiring a Customer Care Representative with experience for its office in Lake City Lahore.

  • Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
  • Explain our services and prices, and answer questions from customers.
  • Obtain customer information such as name, contact, address, and enter orders into computers.
  • Daily Reports.
  • Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals.
  • Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial sales contacts.
  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations
  • Excellent accuracy in data entry
  • The person should be confident and have the skills to connect with the customers internationally.
  • Good English & Communication Skills.
  • Qualification: Bachelors/Masters.
  • Motivated towards Sales & Target- Oriented.
