Business Development Executive

We are looking for a professional who will primarily focus on customer acquisition, lead generation, and prospect management. He will be responsible for bringing in new clients/business for the Company through various sales techniques.

Duties & Responsibilities

Market research to identify potential target customers
Identifying and securing business opportunities
Generating business leads along with sales opportunity follow-ups
Developing and working on targeted sales strategies and KPIs
Working closely with other team members to develop new business
Arranging meetings with clients to carry out effective and impressive product demonstrations
Following up on sales inquiries and responding swiftly along with sending out information.
Responding to clients' request for proposals (RFPs)
Collaborating to secure, retain and grow accounts
Creating and maintaining a database of clients
Collaborating with management regarding set sales goals, forecasting, and business development planning

Required Skills & Qualifications

BBA, MBA (Nice to have)
1-3 years of experience
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
Self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve the set goals
Well organized. Excellent analytical and time management skills
An effective team player and an independent achiever
Strong computer skills (included but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and CRM)
