We are looking for a HR Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs.
Responsibilities Include:
Identify the company’s hiring needs and manage the recruitment process accordingly.
Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
Create, implement, and evaluate all HR department policies, procedures, and structures.
Ensure all employee records are maintained and updated.
Design compensation and benefits packages.
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Measure employee retention and turnover rates.
Design and implement effective training and development plans.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Track department budgets.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager or similar role.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Familiarity with HR management systems and applicant tracking systems.
Strong knowledge of labor legislation and payroll processes.
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Solid communication skills.
