As a Chat Support Executive, your duties will include:

Responding to

all Live Chats
Inbox Queries, and phone calls with a sense of urgency.
Identifying and flagging potential customers.
Participation in projects and tasks to improve the customer experience.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to provide step-by-step assistance both written and verbal.
You have to answer customer's questions via email and chat.
Good English skills are required.
40 Word Per Minutes typing speed.
Proficiency in MS Office.
