Customer Care / Customer Support Manager

BTN Marketing is a real estate marketing company aimed at bringing innovation in real estate industry in Pakistan. We are looking for an experienced, responsible and honest individual who can lead our Customer Care Team. The person should be a problem solver and initiative taker.

Our Customer Care team work on two mediums:

1. Online chat with potentional clients and extracting lead data

2. Call the leads generated by digital marketing team and following up with them until the lead is converted to meeting and eventually sales

Requirement:

- Bachelors Degree or more

- Knowledge of online chat softwares and call softwares

- Passionate about customer support

- Willing to work hard

- Know-how of real-estate

Job Description:

The Customer Care Manager is responsible for leading the team of Customer Care Representatives (CCR). Ultimate goal is generating leads, working on the leads and coverting them into meetings and eventually sales.

Duties include:

- Supervising a Customer Care Representatives online activity and chat logs

- Supervising a Customer Care Representative's calls

- Assessing the projects/platforms a particular CCR should be assigned at any given time

- Assisting CCR’s in their dialogue with clients

- Conducting regular trainings of the CCRs

- Doing weekly appraisals of your team

- Submitting daily reports on the performance of your team

- Keeping close coordination with General Manager, Sales Team Manager and Digital Marketing Manager to ensure smooth work flow and leads

- Managing the leads coming in, being alloted to the team and being forwarded to sales team

- Assessing the need of new tools required for effecient performance of CCRs and researhing on them

Reporting Mechanism:

The Customer Care Manager will be directly to the General Manager.

Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
