- To attend and resolve day-to- day grievance of employees.
- To attend the conciliation meetings, labor court cases.
- Manage and develop good relations with various government bodies; coordinate with various agencies-meeting and a strong liaison with govt. authorities/advocates from time to time as per the need.
- Ensure employment law compliance and compliance to regulatory concerns.
- Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations, labor laws and compliance including formulating process and documentation.
- Manage contracted labor effectively: ensure compliance of laws and regulations related to contracted labor, recruitment of contracted labor, deal with issues/grievances of contracted labor, maintain industrial discipline of contracted labor.
- Conducted research on legal, cooperate governance and regulatory matters as required
