Burraq Communications is a well reputed call center operating in Rawalpindi for the past 5 years. We are hiring call center agents for USA Auto Insurance Projects in both evening and night shifts.

Making sales to specific customers by calling through automated dialing system.
Deliver scripted sales pitch to the customers.
Handle customer questions.
Obtain and verify required customer information accordingly.
Input obtained information into the computer system.
Maintain safe and clean environment by complying with policies, rules and regulations.
Contribute to team effort for accomplishment of required results.
