- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Provide support to Client related to upstream and downstream module in matters related to planning, sourcing, contract, supplier management, e procurement, inventory control etc.
- Coordinate with QS Section (Client).
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Using the natural language to develop requirement specification.
- Documentation for different aspects of upstream and downstream modules i.e. user guides, functional scope document, software requirement specification etc.
