A fast paced growing International hair care company, which is flourishing its rapid increasing sales volume in Pakistan needs Business Development Executive Female, who is self motivated, goal oriented, Effective yet efficient approach in its Pakistan Office.
Responsibilities and duties will be not limited to as below key points;
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
- Work with Senior Members of the team to organize and manage sales.
- Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively.
- Research and identify new markets.
- Prepare and deliver pitches to potential clients.
- Foster a collaborative environment.
- Work closely on the ground level to develop potential sales with extraordinary management skills.
Requirements:
- A Bachelors's degree is required.
- Good in sales and management skills.
- Confident and efficient.
- Influenced communication skills.
- Experience of 2 - 3 years of selling beauty /hair care products.
- Presentable with a spontaneous approach.
