To Plan/ Schedule/ Preventive maintenance implementation and expansion
To set and prepare breakdown analysis, monitoring the operation of plant equipment and systems.
To solve technical related problems included Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, etc in a timely manner and identifying opportunities for its improvement.
To ensure implementation of SOPs.
To be responsible for the safe maintenance, repairs or replacement of machines and systems to ensure maximum production quantity and quality.
To communicate with the operations/ production department to coordinate maintenance and repair works.
To intimate your HOD while break down or any mishap situation and initiate inquiry urgently.
To prepare breakdown/ work order reports, machine history reports, logbooks, diesel and LPG Consumption reports & KPI based reports.
To ensure reporting on daily, weekly and monthly bases and also evaluate performances of your subordinates on monthly bases.
To develop SOPs for generators maintenance.
To do any other job assigned by management.
