Call-A-Cab is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our Multan Head Office, to help us expand our clientele.
You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.
An enthusiastic and a positive attitude, has proven successful sales experience, and should be a motivated self-starter.
Incumbent must be very comfortable with growth, change and have an entrepreneurial attitude to the future.

Responsibilities;

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements;

Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
Proven sales track record
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office
Proficiency in English is a plus
Market knowledge
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills

Good looking and welcoming personality

Candidates who have previous experience in any Insurance or Banking sector (car leasing) will be preferred
