Its a 27 hours open office, so a candidate must be flexible for day shifts and night shifts 15 days rotation.
This is a customer services job for our office in lahore.
Dealing Customers, Making their Needs fullfill, give suggestions and helping them for booking a cab accordingly,
Candidate must be aware of basic comuter knowledge, can use computer applications and also can use mobile applications like google maps and must be aware of ride hailing services.
In this job you have to deal with existing customer and be making new customers.
Prepare your datasheets, dealing with drivers, helping new drivers to making their accounts.
Training New Drivers, solving their problems.
