The HR Manager will provide HR leadership, expertise, business support, and recommendations for the development and adherence of HR programs, initiatives, and practices designed to meet organizational business objectives and employee needs. 

Overall HR Job Requirements

 

  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders, enhance and implement an HR onboarding program spanning different functional and geographical areas.
  • Provide business support that ensures adherence to HR programs, initiatives, and best practices.
  • Supervise, manage, and direct a team of one or more employees.
  • Respond to sensitive and confidential issues and concerns raised by all levels of employees in aconfidential, timely, and objective manner. Maintain awareness of general employee issues concerns and recommend solutions to management to ensure positive morale.
  • Act with a sense of urgency when working through projects.
  • Act as an internal consultant to managers and employees providing advice on a range of organizational issues.
  • Emotional maturity. High energy with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships, consensus, and cooperation with sr. leaders staff, clients, and external partners.
  • Analyze and determine causes of personnel problems and develop recommendations and goals for improvement of company’s personnel policies and practices.
  • Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction

HR Expertise Requirements:

 

Onboarding & New Hire Orientation: Establish corporate onboarding and New Hire Orientation process ensuring newly hired staffs members are acclimated to the culture of the company.

Talent Acquisition: Assist in the recruitment process to ensure timely action, cost effective strategies and a positive experience for all prospective candidates. Establish metrics to staffing effectiveness based on quality, cost, efficiency and feedback. Determines Internet/Online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates for the various business groups.

Policies & Procedures: Work to implement new or improve internal HR policies, procedures,practices, programs, provide guidance to manager and employees accordingly.

Compliance: Guides, trains and directs managers and employees on the implementation of HRpolicies and processes to ensure appropriate legal adherence to federal and state laws related (FMLA, ADA, EEOC, I9/eVerify etc.) and company compliance, partnering with others in HR.
