Call Experts is hiring experienced Customer Service Agents for its office based in Rawalpindi. We need agents with flawless English speaking & writing skills for inbound customer service work. This includes answering inbound calls, taking orders, responding to emails and live chat inquiries as needed. Neutral or US accent is needed. Only Experienced agents may apply. NO SALES, NO COMMISSIONS. This position offers base salary.
- People who have previously lived in the UK& US will be preferred.
- People with previous experience of a Taxi Cab Campaign will be preferred.
- Experience in Call Centre Industry will be preferred.
- Excellent skills in Customer Management.
- Complaint Management & Escalation Process.
- Self-motivated.
- Good team player.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Achieve established standards for call handling quality.
- Goal-oriented, determined and high-achiever.
- Shift timings are rotating and you are expected to work on a ROTA.
