Vacancy for reliable Call Centre Advisors to work in a Taxi and Private Hire company. Applicants must possess some previous telephone experience (call centre experience would be an advantage). An excellent telephone manner and keyboard skills are essential.

Duties include dealing with the public by telephone. Taking bookings and entering them into a dispatch system. This position would suit a reliable person with a mature outlook and a flexible approach to working hours. Immediate start.

if you have lived in United Kingdom or you have good British Accent you will be given priority.

Key Tasks:

Answering phonecalls to customers taking advanced and immediate bookings.
Quoting journeys prices to members of the public.
Speaking with drivers and answering any queries they may have regarding bookings.
