Branch Supervisor is responsible for shipment arrival, ensuring that its count and condition is safe, and timely de-manifested and sorted on routes under his assigned territory.
Ensuring timely and optimum forwarding of parcels. (Forwarding station).
Ensuring that the rider’s strength is adequate and the sorted parcels are on the route daily.
Ensuring route sheets are made and closed daily under his assigned territory
Ensuring logistics for pickup from clients. (forwarding station)
Coordinating operations for timely reverse pickup, replacement parcels, and return parcels under his assigned territory and updating their status to Head Office.
Ensuring that thorough debriefing of couriers and assigning the correct status to parcels under their assigned territory
Responsible for timely COD collection from couriers and COD cash deposit in the company bank account of his assigned territory
Responsible for updation in Go-Green (Company operational software) after COD submission by all couriers under his assigned area of responsibility.
Managing the operating expenses of the branches.
Delegating responsibility to the operation assistant for managing undelivered, returned, and reattempt parcels, quickly and promptly as per instructions from Head Office.
