Job Description - Specialist Digital Marketing

Requirements and qualifications:

Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impression
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
Good understanding of social media KPIs
Familiarity with web design and publishing
Excellent multitasking skills
Great leadership skills
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills

Job Duties and roles:YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & TiK ToK

Concept creative ideas that result in effective, breakthrough communication
Develop creative deliverables, including but not limited to - digital, social and brand presentations
Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy
Define the most important social media KPIs
Manage and oversee social media content
Measure the success of every social media campaign
Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
Provide constructive feedback
Adhere to rules and regulations(So the ads don't get blocked or flagged)
Present to Senior Management

TikTok

Partner with clients and agencies to develop best in class advertising on TikTok account to Identify, develop and maintain a unique, consistent tone-of-voice for the TikTok brand, clients and agencies
Facilitate brainstorms - toeing the line between creative expression and brand realities
Demonstrate creative thought leadership, keeping ahead of trends and providing proactive inspiration and recommendations

YouTube

The Marketing team focuses on our highest priorities, YouTube Strategy, Video editing and promotions, ambiguous problems that span early-stage growth initiatives, and assessing strategic rationale for YouTube external investment opportunities.

Research competitors
Create useful, creative content
Collaboration: You will be contacting/strategize the popular face in Pakistan including stars, singers, anchors, influencers or any established business.
They have built huge followings around their channels, which can garner millions of followers and billions of views. Must collaborate with someone who has a similar audience to ours.
Link back to the website: You must have the knowledge of how to drive the traffic to the website and cross-functional social media accounts.
Finding innovative ways to add annotation within the video or add a link in your subscription box.
Create Calls-to-Action
Consistency: If you aren't consistent, you're not going to see results, which is to say it doesn't end with how often you post the videos
you also have to be consistent with their quality.
Don't over-promise what cannot be delivered.
