Capital Brand Technologies is looking for a Human Resources Manger to join us, who handle all aspects of human resources in our organization. We are a team of 13 and are engaged in software development, online marketing and data entry services. We are looking for an energetic, technically sound, hardworking, loyal and cheerful person.
Job Responsibilities:
- Implement strategic organizational change to increase productivity and employee satisfaction
- Structure competitive benefits packages, and measure their success
- Demonstrate advanced financial management and budgeting skills
- Responsible for following areas: succession planning, talent management, government laws compliance, employment, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and/or training and development.
- Able to organize, staff, facilitate, direct, and optimize operations involving Human Resources.
- Designs, coordinates, documents, and facilitates implementation of all HR operating policies, procedures, and processes.
- Receives task-oriented assignments, monitors work on a daily basis, and actively assists subordinates.
- Provides internal management support and services on a broad array of Human Resources management issues.
- Oversees the recruitment and selection functions for Human Resources, including origination and ownership of retention and turnover reduction programs.
- Develops metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of current recruitment and retention strategies as well as human resources.
- Conducts business process analysis, needs assessments, process optimization tool development, and gap analysis to improve efficiencies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology. Masters will be preferred.
- Must have strong English skills. (It will be a major factor in salary negotiation.)
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Should know how to work with project management tools such as Asana etc
- Good understanding of major HRM Systems
