Supporting the General Manager in managing Karachi and Islamabad branches' operation functions and coordination .
Improving staff cross-training and development
Helping reduce fixed costs and increasing gross margin, working on solutions to establish new cost-efficient routes, negotiating with vendors, etc… controlling facility / utility costs.
Ensuring all shipments for the allocated route are sorted, delivered
Managing and increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (OPS, CS, HR, IT and Finance), through operational improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.

Working with courier operations and the onboarding team to ensure that we have the right number of riders in the right place at the right time.
Playing a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.

Job Requirements:

5 years of working experience as an Operations Manager
Record of successful distribution and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

Inquisitive and forward-thinking - curious, thoughtful and confident at questioning the status-quo.
