CaravellFrost Industries (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a well experienced Accountant with sound knowledge of all accounting concepts:-***Successful candidate will be REQUIRED to perform the duties mentioned below;***

1. Work in a busy and competitive environment

2. Manage all employees Salaries and Payroll completely

3. Manage the company’s accounts ledger completely

4. Manage, maintain and utilise petty cash of the company (locker up keep)

5. Manage, correspond and work with all of the company’s panel banks and their related issues effortlessly

6. Maintain the financial health of the company by devising methods that can help the organisation

7. Liason and correspond with the auditors and chartered accountants of the company smoothly without error

8. Enter day to day transactional data into the company software and Book Keeping

9. Handle and manage the email ID of the company’s accounts department and answering all general accounts queries asked by the head management

10. Maintain accounts ledger, stocks and payments

11. Be an expert in MS Office programs and overall Windows programs

12. Complete financial reports on a regular basis and provide information to the Executive Director

13. Enter financial information into the appropriate software programs

14. Manage day-to-day transactions TIMELY WITHOUT FAIL

15. Report on debtors and creditors to the Executive Director

16. Sort financial documents and post them to the proper accounts

17. Review computer reports for accuracy and meticulously trace errors back to their source

18. Identify and Resolve errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
