Please note: Job timings are from 9am - 6:30pm (Mon - Sat) with half day on Friday.

This job also entitles you to Annual holidays and sick holidays.

Job Description:

Answer calls professionally
Respond to customer inquiries
Strongly follow up customer calls
Book appointments for clients.
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter customer information
Process appointments, forms and applications
Identify and escalate priority issues
Route calls to appropriate resource
Complete call logs
Produce call reports

Education and Experience

Proficient in relevant computer applications
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Customer service experience
Good data entry/keyboard skills
Knowledge of administration and clerical processes
Relevant product knowledge
