Customer Care Representative

For this position, you should be able to use your organizational skills to manage your office space and your time, as you will collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fast-paced environment. You should also have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics (as and when provided)
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in the call center database in a comprehensible way
Scehdule appointment for the customers after consultation with the Inspection Center Managers.
Report directly to the Call Center Manager and the management
